Despite rapid growth in the known autism prevalence (up >5x in the last 25 years), autistic adults have been largely ignored by traditional services and supports. This has led to alarmingly poor outcomes across mental and physical health, vocational, and social measures, and an overall feeling of frustration for autistic adults. Prosper Health is changing this by building a holistic suite of supports for autistic and neurodivergent adults. As our initial offering, we are delivering best-in-class, specialized mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance.

We have been growing 100% month over month since our launch in March 2023. We are now building out our team to help us scale our services to millions of autistic adults nationwide. Our ambition is bold: to reach and transform the lives of millions of autistic and neurodivergent adults across the nation through holistic supports.

The Role

You are stepping into a unique role - we are seeing significant traction, and you will play a pivotal role in creating our foundation as we build an enduring business for decades to come. Your work will span across all dimensions of the business and you will:

• Collaborate closely with our CEO, founding team, patients, and clinicians to innovate and develop scalable processes, setting the stage for supporting millions
• Take operational functions and processes 0 to 1 and develop a playbook to make functions scalable
• Support our founding team in building culture and recruiting high-performing team-members
• Be a driving force of execution! There is a never ending list of things for us to do right now - this role will require you to tackle them with vigor and quality, often taking the initiative beyond explicit directives

About You

• 3-8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or a similar role
• Passion for startup culture, which means working in a high degree of ambiguity with a strong ability to take ownership and operate independently
• Excited by an early stage environment and being one of the first five core-team employees
• First-principled thinker who is able to communicate opinions clearly, and willing to be convinced otherwise through thoughtful discourse
• Gritty, scrappy, and resilient, with a strong bias for action
• Motivated to do good and be great
